Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, products must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- With all original tags attached
Made-to-Order & Handmade Pieces
Many Flamingo pieces are handcrafted or made to order.
Due to the custom nature of these items, made-to-order products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
We will do our best to accommodate exchanges based on product availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue.
We will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was received.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
