1. How does it work and how long doest it take?

Our items are all handmade to the highest possible quality. If the item you’ve ordered is not in stock, depending on the complexity of the work, it may take anywhere from 3 days to 3 weeks to craft and ship. Please be patient. Your item goes into production immediately upon receiving the order. We strive to ensure you receive your order as swiftly as possible. Additionally, if you have any questions about your order, don’t hesitate to contact us via email or by filling out the form in the ‘Contact’ section. We’ll be happy to provide you with updates on its status and assist you with any inquiries you may have.

3. Is there a possibility for returns or exchanges? 

Handcrafted items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please, contact us within 10 days of receiving your order, and we will do our best to assist you.

4. How can I check the status of my order?

To check the status of your order, you will receive an email with updated information and tracking details as soon, as it is dispatched. If you haven't received an email with the shipment tracker for your order within 2 business days of placing it, it's likely that it's still in production. In that case, please, fill out the contact form with your order number, and we'll keep you updated on the production status.

You can trust in the premium quality of all the materials we use to craft our items. If you have specific material intolerance, such as wool or mohair, please, reach out to us. We will tailor the yarn composition to accommodate your individual needs. 

6. Is It possible to purchase gift certificates?

Yes, absolutely! You can purchase a personalized gift certificate with us for any amount. To coordinate the value, please, reach out to us through the contact form.

10. Can an order be canceled after it has been placed?

Your order can be canceled after 24 hours of placement. However, orders for handmade items cannot be canceled, as our artisans promptly commence crafting your order upon its receipt.
